Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping services to a wide range of domestic locations. All orders are subject to processing and verification prior to dispatch. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international shipping availability and any related restrictions, please refer to the information provided during the checkout process on our website.

Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it will enter our processing queue. Our standard order processing time is detailed on the product pages and during checkout. Processing times are estimates and begin after order verification is complete. We are not responsible for delays that occur during the order verification process. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.

During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, order processing may take longer than the standard timeframe. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays through updates on our website.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable national and regional carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carriers and shipping methods available to you will be displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We reserve the right to select the carrier and service we deem most appropriate for your shipment.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing (for international shipments), or other events beyond our reasonable control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Upon delivery, the package becomes the responsibility of the recipient. If you have authorized the carrier to leave the package without a signature (if applicable), we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of packages after delivery has been completed and recorded by the carrier.

Shipping Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members or neighbors. Also, verify the delivery address you provided. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number to initiate a trace investigation. Please also notify our customer service team promptly so we can assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may require photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist with your claim.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the discrepancy.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Combined Shipments
If you place multiple orders, we may, at our discretion, combine them into a single shipment. You will only be charged for shipping once if your orders are combined.
