  4. Securely pack the item(s) with all original contents and include your proof of purchase inside the package.
  5. Ship the return package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returns initiated without following this process or sent without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard business period. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
  • Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide specific instructions to facilitate a replacement or refund, and we will cover any associated return shipping costs.
